swecli reference
swecli is the command-line interface to Flezise. It runs as the signed-in user, inside an agent's sandbox or on your machine, and every write it makes is audited. The code-intelligence, context, and evidence commands live in the separate swecli platform group; see swecli platform.

capabilities
Print what swecli can do in the current context: the scope (project when a project is resolved from SWE_PROJECT_ID or the workspace config, otherwise platform), the project ID, whether platform documentation is reachable, and every registered resource command with its summary.
For the full generated command reference, run swecli help --md.

tdd
Run one phase of the red-green TDD evidence protocol against a workspace. The red phase runs the workspace's test command and confirms a genuine failing test exists; the green phase re-runs it and confirms every previously failing test now passes. The test command comes from the first test-category check in .sdlc/verify.yaml, falling back to an ecosystem default detected from the workspace.
Each phase prints a JSON result with a status field: red_confirmed, red_missing, or no_test_command for red; green_confirmed or still_red for green. Every protocol outcome exits 0; exit 1 means the runner itself malfunctioned (status error). Feed the red result to the green phase unchanged.
work-item list
List work items in the current project. Requires --project or SWE_PROJECT_ID.
work-item get
Get a work item by ID or display ID.
