Review a fix

When execution finishes, the work item moves to In review and the Atlas finished panel opens on the work item page. Review the evidence and decide whether to accept or send the item back to planning.

The review panel: Atlas finished — review the fix, the branch and commit, the changed files, an optional reviewer note, and the Accept fix and Request changes buttons

The Atlas finished panel

The panel shows what Atlas produced: the branch name, the commit, and the changed files. Below the evidence, a Reviewer comment field holds an optional note you can attach to the decision.

Two action buttons sit at the bottom:

  • Accept fix: shown when Atlas committed code changes to a branch
  • Accept & complete: shown when Atlas finished without committing code (for example, a documentation or analysis task)

Both buttons complete the work item.

Accept the fix

Press Accept fix or Accept & complete to mark the work item complete. The item moves to the Done column. Any reviewer comment you wrote is saved with the completion record.

Request changes

Press Request changes to send the item back. The work item returns to the Planning stage with your reviewer comment attached. Atlas drafts a new plan version based on your note, and the cycle repeats from plan approval.

FAQ

Can I accept without leaving a comment?

Yes. The Reviewer comment field is optional. Leave it blank and press Accept fix or Accept & complete to complete the item.

What happens to my comment when I request changes?

The comment is attached to the request-changes event in the item's timeline. Atlas receives the note when drafting the next plan version. Open the Plan section and the approval history to review the full exchange.
